Sales Engineer
About this position
ตำแหน่ง Sales Engineer จะรับผิดชอบในการวิเคราะห์ตลาดในเขตของตน, ค้นหาโอกาสในการขายใหม่, และสร้างความสัมพันธ์ที่ดีกับลูกค้า.
Responsibilities
• Perform analysis for own territory market, collect information about competition, potential market volume, current market share and customers’ feedback.
• Aggressively exploit the territory to identify new target customers and new sales opportunities.
• Cooperate with customer, collect customer’s needs, analyze the application and provide solution to satisfy customer's values.
• Build, maintain, broaden and strengthen good relationship with customers, distributors,
• Cooperate with marketing team in market activities and market analysis.
• Cooperate with service operations to achieve customer satisfaction.
• Job audit on work done to customers’ installations, particularly after overhaul activity.
• Provide technical expertise, including advisory capacity, to customers.
• Preparation of Sales Quotations and subsequent activities for full sales transaction.
• Compile and submit monthly reports on sales, lost orders, and competition.
• Cooperate with the Department to improve the performance of receivables & overdues.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or Higher in Engineering.
• Having over 2 years' experience in sales engineering or technical sales in compressor technique, high pressure, air pumps, Hospital solution or any related fields.
• Good communication in English.
• Able to travel and visit customers on both domestic trip & overseas.
