About this position

We are looking for Sales Engineer, who based in Wellgrow Industrial Estate, Thailand. This position will direct report to our Business Line Manager for Industrial Technique Compressor Technique.

Responsibilities

You will maximize the sustainable growth of our Compressor Technique Industrial Air business by promoting compressor products to new and existing customers.
• Prospect new customer and develop strong relationships with the existing ones.
• Proactive approach in enquiry generation and well organize.
• Plan, prioritize and execute sales activities to generate Lead to order to achieve business targets.
• Maximize fleet and financial profitability with value base selling.
• Assess market trends and look for new applications upon the territory and industrial market segment.
You will be an important face of the brand to our customers and you will develop and maintain good customer relationships in the local market.
You will determine your own schedule, making frequent visits to existing and potential customers and liaising with our in-house support teams.
You will help identify potential new areas of business with support from our marketing tools and resources.
Our top-class Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform will be your compass to drive all these business development activities.
Your customer visit reports, market analysis and timely, accurate market information will support management's development of business strategy.
You will also have the opportunity to be part of ad-hoc project work and you will liaise with colleagues from other divisions to maximize our customer relationships and business outcomes wherever possible.
Ultimately, you will ensure we understand our customer's needs and that we provide the equipment and services to support those needs.

Requirements

• Proven sales experience in compressor business or Industrial equipment.
• Engineering educational background or qualification.
• Sound technical understanding and interest in new products/technical developments.
• A clear understanding of optimized territory management.
• Strong sales techniques and communication skills.
• Driving License.
• Good communicate in Thai and English.
• Bachelor degree in Engineering faculty.
• Plan, prioritize and execute sales activities to generate lead to order to achieve business target.
• Good interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill.
• Maintain working and respectful relations with distributor and colleagues.
