Regional Competence and Business Development Manager
About this position
Industrial Technique Service Division is seeking an ambitious Competence and Business Development Manager to drive value propositions and support the growth of service products, ensuring high commitment to result delivery and revenue growth.
Responsibilities
• Develop the competence of service technicians in line with competence development matrix of everyone with emphasis on software commissioning such as Avantguard, ToolsControl, QA 4.0, etc
• Alignment with Operations Manager on gaps of each service technician. Evaluate competence development of each service technician together with Operations Manager and Team Leaders
• Be the champion to develop the competence of the team for all new products (coordination with Product and Service divisions)
• Work with Product team to secure big opportunity especially in turnkey projects
• Technical clarification both to internal and external customers for complex software related inquiries
• Support sales team to grow advance software business such as ALTURE and TechCover
Requirements
• Strong experiences in tightening process and products
• Experiences or well understanding manufacturing processes and be able to explore the needs of customers.
• Experiences in sales process and market development
• Experiences in competence development to the team
• 7+ years of experience in IT
• Hands on knowledge of Windows API, MS Access & SQL Server and Microsoft COM
• Working experience in OEM related to production processes and digital transformation
• Good command of English language both oral and written
• Full computer literacy (Excel, Word, Power Point) and preferably conversant with MS Office 365
• Bachelor’s degree
