IT Support - Sales & Marketing Applications
About this position
We are looking for a specialist to strengthen our current team with focus on customer center support for our SAP CX portfolio on a global scale. This position is located in Bangkok, Thailand.
Responsibilities
• Support business globally with applications covering eCommerce, Customer Relationship Management, Product Information Management, and Marketing automation.
• Act as an ambassador for the SAP CX portfolio (Cloud for Sales, Cloud For Service, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud).
• Turn issues into opportunities for greater customer understanding and satisfaction.
• Ensure BPX and CRM Lead community can be successful and efficient in the usage of these applications.
• Investigate and understand the problems users are having and get to the root causes.
• Solve problems independently or provide the right input to assist others.
• Report to the IT Team Lead CX – Sales & Marketing Applications.
Requirements
• Experience with sales & marketing applications and/or in managing complex IT solutions.
• Actively participated in process improvement and software implementation projects.
• Strong interest in the improvement and automation of current processes and working methods.
• Very good knowledge of English to support customer centers worldwide.
