IT Support (English Speaking)
About this position
We are looking for a specialist to strengthen our current team with focus on customer center support for our SAP CX portfolio on a global scale. You will turn issues into opportunities for greater customer understanding and satisfaction.
Responsibilities
• Support customer center for SAP CX portfolio (Cloud for Sales, Cloud For Service, Marketing Cloud, Commerce Cloud) on a global scale.
• Act as an ambassador for the portfolio, ensuring BPX and CRM Lead community can be successful and efficient in the usage of applications.
• Investigate and understand problems users are having and get to the root causes.
• Solve problems independently or provide the right input to assist others.
• Report to the IT Team Lead CX – Sales & Marketing Applications.
Requirements
• Possess a degree from Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• Fluent both spoken and written in English.
• Strong interest in the improvement and automation of current processes and working methods.
• Minimum five years of experience in IT support.
