About this position

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, testing, and repair of air compressors, ensuring high levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Air compressor installation, testing, repairing, and solving the problem for the customer.
• Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer needs and working to satisfy customer expectations.
• Develop rapport with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.
• Repair the machine with strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Fresh graduates or 1 year's experience in service engineering.
• Have knowledge of 3-phase electricity systems.
• Must be able to travel anywhere in Thailand and aboard.
• Have a car-driving license.
• Service-minded, has a good mindset, is self-motivated, is a good team player and is able to work under pressure.
