About this position

The Field Service Engineer is responsible for providing high-level customer service, repairing machines, and developing strong relationships with customers through effective communication and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide a high level of customer service, responding to customer needs and working to satisfy customer expectations.
• Develop rapport with customers through effective communication, interpersonal skills, and professionalism.
• Repair the machine with strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical skills.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• Fresh graduated are welcome.
• Have a strong knowledge in 3 phase electricity.
• Valid driving license.
• Ability to travel anywhere in Thailand and aboard.
• Service mind / leadership/ Management Skill.
• Self-motivated and good team player and able to work under pressure.
