Responsibilities

• Collecting and record all the quotation request coming from sales engineers
• Prepare the quotation as per the common define template using our system (IQ2) from Spare part to Service Contract
• Submit the quotation for approval and record the approved quotation in our customer management system (C4C)

Requirements

• You must have no more than two semesters left of your studies before you graduate.
• You must be available to work at the office during working hours.
• You have good interpersonal and communication skills to coordinate with others.
• You have good command of spoken and written English and computer literate.
