About this position

We are looking for an enthusiastic marketing intern to join our team and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. You will have administrative duties in developing and implementing marketing strategies. As a marketing intern, you will collaborate in all stages of marketing campaigns. Your insightful contribution will help develop, expand, and maintain our marketing channels.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales, business development and the management team with communication & marketing support where necessary.
• Support the marketing & communication manager in daily administrative tasks.
• Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities & campaigns (e.g., social media, direct mail and web)
• Prepare promotional presentations.
• Help distribute marketing materials.
• Manage and update company database and customer relationship management systems (CRM)
• Help organize marketing events.
• Integrate and create marketing materials.
• Copywrite for diverse marketing channels.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Passion for the marketing industry and its best practices.
• Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. CRM tools, Online analytics and Google Adwords) would be advantageous.

Requirements

• A Marketing, Communications, Business Management, or related background.
• A good working attitude.
• The ability to learn and pick things up fast.
• Flexibility with work arrangements (e.g. different locations for events or on-site work and timing/dates of different projects).
• Experience with design software tools and Photoshop or other photo editing skills and Premiere Pro or other video editing skills tools would be advantageous.
