Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage marketing support programs for dealer stores that achieve sales targets.
• Coordinate KOL (Key Opinion Leader) visits to successful stores that achieved sales target.
• Plan and execute digital strategy to promote partner stores.
• Organize and manage in-store workshops, competitions, and events to drive traffic and engagement.
• Coordinate with store managers to ensure successful execution of events and marketing activities.
• Provide marketing support and resources to dealer stores, including promotional materials, social media content, and advertising strategies.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop compelling content and campaigns tailored to store needs.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing programs and events.
• Provide regular reports on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and suggest improvements.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer stores and key stakeholders.
• Act as a point of contact for stores needing marketing assistance and support.
Requirements
Qualifications:
• Minimum 3 years experience in marketing department.
• Proven experience in marketing, KOL management event coordination, or a related role.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
• Proficiency in social media platforms and digital marketing tools.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage relationships with external partners.
