About this position

ASUS is seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Human Resources Executive, where you'll play a crucial role in the administration of recruitment, onboarding, and employee development.

Responsibilities

• Assist on HR Generalist related to all ASUS Recruitment Administration.
• Responsible on Onboarding and Probation Evaluation.
• Ensure all the HR Documents is organized and filling correctly.
• Work together with HR Generalist & HR Country Manager to implement Employee Development activities to enhance their skills and knowledge.
• Work together with HR Generalist & HR Country Manager to implement Employee Engagement to increase awareness of ASUS Culture.
• Responsible on HR Payment and Employee Administration request.
• Assist on HR Compensation and Benefit related to all Compensation and Benefits Administration.
• Responsible for attendance and other HR operational work.

Requirements

• A bachelor's degree, preferably in Psychology, Human Resources or Management.
• Minimal 2-5 years in HR roles.
• Understand basic employment laws and regulations.
• Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Be able to tackle issues and make decisions.
• Experience in the hiring process and employee engagement is a plus.
• Keep things in order; from records to events.
• Comfortable using HR software and systems.
• Handle confidential info with integrity.
