About this position

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Admin to join our team in the Open Platform Business Group, focusing on Computer Components such as motherboards, graphic cards, and mice.

Responsibilities

• Contact distributor / vendor to obtain missing information or answer queries
• Maintain and update vendor records
• Inform new products to MKT & service teams
• Compiling weekly sales reports & send to all sales
• Supporting the sales department with other administrative tasks, if requested.
• Submitting and monitoring for MKT payment (for event, purchase goods, etc)
• Maintain and update MKT sample
• Checking inventory & sell out report from distributors

Requirements

• Fluent in English both spoken & written
• Fluency in MS excel and power point
• Data-driven approach that leverages quantitative and qualitative measurement
• Fresh graduates are welcome
