Warehouse Hub Inventory Supervisor
About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage the planning and execution of proactive and reactive cycle counts in compliance with the contractual service level agreement.
• Implement & monitor all cycle count programs and ensure consistency and accuracy in the same and identify all operational findings/issues in inventory.
• Perform inventory control checks, including monthly stock counts with the Finance team.
• Manage time scheduling & directly control inventory staff on day-to-day operations.
• Working with the team to ensure the day-to-day analysis optimizes the inventory position.
• Apply continuous improvement initiatives to drive the process, inventory accuracy, compliance, on-time completion, within budget, and documented results.
• Work closely with management, Operations, Technology, and Finance on inventory tracking systems to streamline business operations and accountability of stock across the network.
• Responsible for overall team management, including hiring, goal setting and delegation of work, training and development, coaching/mentoring, and completing performance evaluations that are supported by collaboration with stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree in Operations Management, Industrial Engineering, and Supply Chain Management.
• Excellent knowledge of WMS & ERP based principles.
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Inventory Supervisor or Controller from a Retail, Logistic, or E-commerce background.
