About this position

The Training, Program & Engagement Officer is responsible for managing the preparation, implementation, and evaluation of training programs, ensuring effective learning experiences through meticulous organization and coordination.

Responsibilities

• Manage the preparation and implementation of pre- and post-training activities, ensuring seamless execution.
• Book classrooms or other appropriate venues and ensure they are properly set up for training sessions.
• Maintain a comprehensive database and accurate training records, including trainee lists, schedules, attendance sheets, and other documentation.
• Ensure timely updates and filing of training-related information for easy access and reporting.
• Prepare and distribute training materials such as instructional notes, handouts, and feedback forms.
• Organize and oversee the availability of training resources and tools needed for effective learning.
• Coordinate venue bookings, ensuring appropriate facilities are secured and equipped for training requirements.
• Monitor on-site arrangements to support smooth operations during training sessions.
• Gather, compile, and submit reports on training sessions, attendance, and feedback.
• Analyse data from training evaluations and propose actionable recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on best practices in training coordination and logistics management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in training coordination, program management, or a similar role.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or learning management systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Ability to manage multiple responsibilities and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the either quick commerce, logistics and retail industries.
• Familiarity with training evaluation and feedback processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage training logistics efficiently.
