About this position

The Recruitment Officer (Mitra Mass Hiring) is responsible for managing high-volume recruitment processes, ensuring effective communication, overseeing hiring administration, and managing data related to recruitment activities.

Responsibilities

High-Volume Recruitment:
• Manage a large number of job applications daily and conduct interviews efficiently.
• Drive both online and offline massive hiring initiatives to meet organizational needs.

Effective Communication
• Clearly articulate information during discussions and written communications.
• Provide timely and tactful updates and feedback to candidates and stakeholders.

Hiring Process Administration
• Oversee and streamline the recruitment process to ensure it operates smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of hiring activities and candidate progress.

Data Management And Reporting
• Manage large datasets of employee and candidate information with a high degree of accuracy.
• Prepare and deliver daily fulfillment reports to track recruitment progress and identify gaps.

Requirements

Qualifications
• Proven experience in talent acquisition, particularly in large-scale recruitment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills to manage high recruitment volumes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and data management tools.
• Ability to analyze recruitment data and generate actionable insights.
• Willing to do walk-in interview in Jadetabek area.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in the quick commerce, logistics, or e-commerce industries.
• Familiarity with both online and offline recruitment strategies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
