Recruitment Associate (Mitra Mass Hiring)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Lead, mentor, and manage the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and maintain high-performance standards.
• Conduct regular team meetings to align on goals, address challenges, and share updates.
• Develop and implement strategies for massive recruitment initiatives (both online and offline) to meet the company’s rapid growth demands.
• Able to infiltrate potential sources of the talent pool, e.g. canvassing.
• Collaborate with department heads to forecast workforce requirements and align recruitment plans accordingly.
• Continuously improve the recruitment workflow to enhance efficiency and candidate experience.
• Ensure the hiring process complies with company policies and relevant labor laws.
• Track and analyze key recruitment metrics, including time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and fulfillment rates.
• Prepare and present detailed hiring reports to senior management.
• Oversee the candidate pipeline and ensure timely communication and feedback.
• Address escalations and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Act as a point of contact between the recruitment team and internal stakeholders to address hiring needs and resolve concerns.
• Build strong relationships with recruitment vendors, job boards, and other external partners.
Requirements
• Have experience in canvassing and gig-workers management.
• Has a background in high-volume hiring, preferably in quick commerce, logistics, retail, or e-commerce industries.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong understanding of both traditional and digital recruitment strategies.
