About this position

The Process Excellence Supervisor for Offline Retail will play a key role in developing the first offline retail store, building and optimising the end-to-end processes. The role involves identifying inefficiencies, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and ensuring all processes align with operational goals.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement the end-to-end processes for the offline retail stores.
• Establish workflow standards for operations, inventory management, customer service, etc. in the offline stores.
• Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the offline retail operations.
• Use Lean, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies to drive operational excellence.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
• Create and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for offline retail processes and propose action plans based on insights.
• Lead cross-functional teams in process design and improvement initiatives related to the store’s setup and operations.
• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring successful on-time implementation of processes for the offline stores.
• Work closely with operations, supply chain, strategic operations, training & deployment, and other related key stakeholders during the store setup.
• Serve as the process development liaison between the operations team and process excellence team.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Lean Six Sigma certification preferred.
• Previous experience in process improvement, operations, or similar roles, preferably in offline retail or FMCG.
• Demonstrated experience in building processes from scratch, especially related to retail store operations.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage end-to-end process development.
• Familiarity with offline retail processes, store setup, and supply chain management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Expertise in continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
• Highly adaptable to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
