About this position

The HSE Officer is responsible for monitoring health conditions in facilities, implementing safety measures, and ensuring compliance with environmental regulations.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring all facilities periodically in health condition.
• Maintain Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardised, and Sustain (5S) Implementation.
• Prevent potential accidents in warehouses that are impacted to LTI/Fatality & assets damage.
• Conduct emergency drills and daily risk assessment.
• Coordinate with authorities regarding environmental compliance and HSE
• Placement (Pegangsaan or Kosambi or Cibinong)

Requirements

• At least 1 year experience in Health, Safety & Environment. Preferably in Warehouse & Logistic Industrial.
• Familiar with warehouse safety management.
• Understands Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment, and Determining Control (HIRADC) and Job Safety Analysis (JSA).
• Capable of conducting occupational health and safety (K3) inspections.
• Has a general safety and health certificate (BNSP or KEMENAKER).
• Proficient in operating Ms. Office.
• Collaborative & Strong attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
