About this position
The Freelance Talent Acquisition Operations position focuses on managing massive hiring processes, requiring effective communication and end-to-end recruitment capabilities.
Responsibilities
• Ability to work with a large number of job applications and interview on a daily basis; preferably have experience in massive recruitment (Online Massive Hiring and Offline Massive Hiring)
• Ability to clearly communicate in discussions and written documents, and to deliver regular updates and feedback clearly and tactfully
• Ability to conduct end-to-end massive hiring for Operations roles
Requirements
• Excellent time management skills and ability to multi-task and prioritize work
• Willing to be placed in Tangerang and Jakarta Selatan
• Preferably can join immediately
