About this position
Responsibilities
• Coordinating with suppliers on predetermined orders
• Input Purchase Orders
• Updating supplier stock periodically (weekly-monthly)
• Capturing supplier information such as documents and contact information
• Adding manufacturers and vendors to the supplier list
• Maintaining documents and contacts for the suppliers
Requirements
• Diploma’s Degree from any major
• Minimum 6 months - 1 year of experience as Admin
• Comfortable and able to thrive in an uncertain and dynamic environment
• Highly organized and continuous follow-through
• Drive to get things done/can-do attitude
• Willingness to learn new things
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to actively seek and find solutions to problems
