About this position

The Food Product Development Sr Associate is responsible for developing menus and product offerings that align with market trends and consumer preferences, while collaborating with various departments to achieve company goals.

Responsibilities

• Proactively develop menus and product offerings that capitalize on market trends and seasonal variations.
• Utilize market research and data analysis to identify emerging food trends and consumer preferences.
• Develop and implement strategies for product assortment that align with company objectives and customer preferences.
• Regularly review and analyze sales data, market trends, and customer feedback to optimize category performance.
• Monitor supplier performance and address any issues related to quality, delivery, or service.
• Monitor inventory turnover and take proactive measures to reduce excess inventory and minimize waste.
• Ensure effective merchandising and presentation of products on the website to enhance the customer shopping experience.
• Work closely with suppliers to ensure a diverse and high-quality product offering.
• Work closely with other departments such as marketing, operations, and finance to achieve company goals.
• Collaborate with the inventory management team to forecast demand, plan inventory levels, and minimize out-of-stock situations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or Business.
• Minimum 2 years as a Partnership/ Business Development in F&B Industry.
• Experienced of successful project management and relationships made with partners.
• Comfortable and able to thrive in an uncertain and dynamic environment.
• Drive to get things done/can do attitude.
• Highly organized and continuous follow through.
• Able to work independently and effectively is a must.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to develop agreements with excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
• Able to analyze data and deliver insights.
