About this position
Responsibilities
• Map the people, business processes, and technology to understand the workflows, business compliance, & resources needed within Commercial or related teams.
• Gather requirements from key stakeholders to develop Vendor Management System with Product team.
• Examine the best practices of businesses and technological developments to automate and streamline business processes efficiently to be implemented based on business case or requirements.
• Provide documentation such as Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Work Instructions (WI), and guidelines and conduct training for key users regarding the business processes.
• Oversee and coordinate the introduction, and go-live process, and give post-live support.
• Use root cause analysis to identify the source of quality issues and process inefficiencies.
• Maintain metrics as required by the business, such as vendor performance and happiness metrics, and conduct periodic reviews with the key stakeholders.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree from any field.
• Having a solid knowledge on designing guidelines so users can easily perceive the information.
• Minimum 1-2 years experience as a Business Process & Improvement Analyst or similar role.
• Solid experience in field visual merchandising, including window displays, signs, interior displays and space utilisation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suites.
• Highly motivated with the 'never-give-up' and growth mindset.
• Highly willingness to learn and quickly adapt in a face paced environment.
• Have great attention to detail, are able to identify bottlenecks.
• Willing to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.
• Good interpersonal skill to interact with Stakeholders/ Executives.
• Strong in project management skill.
• Good analytical skills and always strive to find the solution.
• Ability to work independently and deal effectively with ambiguous environment.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with business process Improvement and are a best friend of data.
