About this position

The Brand Acquisition Associate is responsible for sourcing and onboarding potential brands that align with the company's growth and market expansion goals, while fostering strong vendor relationships and ensuring successful product launches.

Responsibilities

• Source and assess potential brands that align with growth and market expansion goals.
• Develop and execute outreach and engagement strategies to onboard new vendors, ensuring beneficial agreements for both parties.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors to foster collaboration and long-term partnerships.
• Act as a point of contact for vendors during their incubation phase, providing support with platform operations, campaign participation, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with merchandising, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure the successful launch and scaling of new products.
• Monitor key acquisition and incubation KPIs (e.g., vendor count, assortment expansion, sales growth) to track performance.
• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify growth opportunities and provide vendors with actionable insights for improved performance.
• Maintain clear documentation and communicate status updates with internal teams to keep acquisition and incubation activities aligned with business objectives.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in acquisition, sales, business development, or category management within FMCG, retail, or e-commerce.
• Analytical skills with proficiency in Google Sheets or Excel for data analysis and insight generation.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with precision, adapt to a fast-paced environment, and deliver under tight deadlines.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills, with a collaborative mindset.
