Associate Product Development
About this position
Responsibilities
• Perform comprehensive analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and market opportunities that inform new product concepts.
• Create and refine innovative product ideas based on research insights and strategic objectives, ensuring they align with the company's brand and market positioning.
• Oversee the product development lifecycle from initial concept through to market launch, coordinating with design, engineering, and manufacturing teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
• Supervise the creation and testing of product samples, gather feedback, and make necessary adjustments to meet quality standards and customer expectations.
• Work closely with marketing and sales teams to develop and implement effective go-to-market strategies, including promotional campaigns and launch plans.
Requirements
• 2+ years of experience in new product development role within the FMCG (private label preferred), retail, or e-commerce sectors.
• Strong understanding of P&L analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights using Google Sheets and/or Excel.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a focus on delivering results.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
