Key Account Manager, Hybrid BKK + Northeast
About this position
As a Key Account Manager, Hybrid BKK + Northeast, you will develop and implement account plans to advance the sale of company products, ensuring the listing of products in targeted hospitals’ formularies and handling major customer accounts.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Teams to influence strategic direction across the portfolio to optimize sales outcomes.
• Plan, lead, manage, and control the account planning and demand creation program through the translation of strategic plans into sales tactics to achieve sales plan, product mix, and ROI objectives.
• Develop and deliver key promotional campaigns and market shaping and expansion initiatives, including digital marketing from insights to review, production, and implementation monitoring.
• Build strong, networked relationships throughout account customer organizations, and develop/strengthen key relationships with account senior management and decision-makers for long-term strategic partnerships.
• Effectively prioritize account projects/initiatives that address changing customer and market requirements; present business cases for opportunity evaluation.
• Seek opportunities at existing key accounts to improve product/company market share to support market penetration.
• Identify and develop key new accounts to support market expansion.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in pharmaceutical and/or health care/sales including experience with different account customer types.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with and influence peers and management.
• Demonstrated communication skills.

• Strong customer-facing and product/TA knowledge.
• Demonstrated negotiating capability.
• Prior experience in a pharmaceutical company or healthcare organization.
• Prior experience in a commercial function.
