About this position

The Hospital Network Executive is responsible for managing key relationships with healthcare professionals and executing hospital listing plans in the assigned territory, ensuring compliance with regulations and driving sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Successfully completed all training requirements, including product examinations.
• Build rapport with key authorized HCPs and PTCs in dialogue about approved indications and product efficacy/safety profiles to support on-label prescribing for appropriate patients.
• Develop a hospital listing plan and execute it for the assigned territory, MOPH and community accounts according to the defined strategy.
• Drive and ensure hospital listing by collaborating with the sales team and cross-functional team to meet or exceed therapeutic and territory expectations.
• Lead micro-sales-marketing or regional activities to support hospital listing; manage assigned activities budget.
• Build and maintain in-depth knowledge of the market and demographics and manage market information relative to assigned sales territory.
• Comply with all regulations regarding interactions with healthcare professionals, distribution of samples, etc.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or medical science field.
• 2-5 years of experience as a Medical Representative or related, experiences in Respiratory or Internal Medicine will be an advantage.
• Strongly experienced up-country will be an advantage.
• Highly responsible, service-minded, and can work well under pressure and dynamic situations.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, presentation and work collaboration skills.
• Good in English, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Computer/iPad literacy.
