Key Account Manager Specialty
About this position
At Astellas, the Key Account Manager Specialty is responsible for developing and managing strategic objectives and operational plans in key accounts to enhance the customer journey and align with the brand's strategic goals.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for the development of accounts’ and stakeholders' annual plans including strategy formulation, activities, timeline and tracking, cross functional communication, budget and resources allocation to achieve all KPIS and OKRs agreed with brand team.
• Support the embedding brand value proposition concept and effectively communicate to key external stakeholders, tender management in the key account hospitals to maximize brand value and oversee transplant patient journey in its entirety, act as a system thinker with the ability to identify shared purpose among stakeholders and leverage this to co create solutions with stakeholders.
• Coordinate with field force for tender management, handle tender issues and secure listing.
• Work closely with field force to partners with key external stakeholders to develop the national/regional/hospital network of organ retrieval/procurement team in the country/health areas to remove roadblocks, leakages and unlock possibilities for increasing the number of patients.
• Work as a trusted partner and be the primary (but non-exclusive) point of contact between key external stakeholders and ATH & engage with medical association, key national/local authorities and key payors under health and service system development working group in potential health areas.
• Work closely with marketing and medical managers to develop brand value story and effectively communicate to KEEs, Non-HCPs stakeholders or KDMs based on LCM strategies and activities in key account hospitals and national level.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy, Medical Sciences, or related fields.
• 3-5+ years of experience as a sales/medical representative with a good track record in consistently delivering results.
• Strong leadership with customer and good interpersonal skill, Project management.
