About this position

Position of PC Supervisor in Central Region responsible for overseeing PC staff, coordinating with various departments and external parties, recruiting and training PC staff, driving sales targets, providing product knowledge, managing work schedules, reporting market conditions, evaluating PC KPIs, and attending meetings with Trade Marketing & Area Manager.

Responsibilities

• Oversee PC staff in the area including checking product prices, arranging displays, promoting sales, and monthly promotions
• Coordinate with various departments within and outside the organization, as well as stores in the area
• Recruit and select PC staff with suitable qualifications
• Drive sales to achieve targets
• Provide product knowledge and sales techniques
• Manage work schedules of staff
• Report market conditions and competitor movements
• Evaluate PC work KPIs
• Attend meetings with Trade Marketing & Area Manager to receive promotions and plans

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• At least 1 year experience in a supervisory position
• Computer proficiency
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Problem-solving abilities and flexibility in work hours
• Willingness to relocate provinces if required
