About this position

The Barista is responsible for taking orders, recommending products, handling payments, preparing beverages, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting customers in a coffee shop setting.

Responsibilities

- Take orders, recommend products, and promotions to customers
- Handle payments from customers
- Provide welcoming and greeting services to customers
- Prepare beverages according to customer orders and standards
- Maintain cleanliness inside and outside the shop, as well as take care of shop properties
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Education level of at least Grade 9
- Able to work well with others
- Pleasant personality, smiling, cheerful, clear communication, adaptable, agile
- Diligent, honest, disciplined, punctual, and able to follow instructions
- Able to work in shifts
- Good attitude towards customer service work
- Experience in customer service or coffee shop work is a plus
