About this position
Responsibilities
• Provide convenient services to customers before and after sales
• Listen to and resolve customer issues, coordinate with relevant departments to solve problems, and follow up to ensure products and services meet customer goals
• Provide accurate information about products and services, and help boost sales by recommending suitable products or services to customers
• Coordinate with other departments to relay customer feedback, and follow up on improvements and changes
• Coordinate with external organizations to provide certain conveniences to customers
Requirements
• Love customer service and have good communication skills
• Knowledge in customer service
• Quick thinking, able to solve problems on the spot, and handle customer criticisms appropriately
• Patient, emotionally stable, and able to control emotions
• Able to take responsibility for tasks independently
• Good interpersonal skills
