About this position
Responsibilities
• Organize and execute CSR activities: Plan, coordinate, and lead events, including identifying community needs, selecting suitable locations, and ensuring active participation from internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with AWFC for charity initiatives.
• Facilitate Meetings: Organize and coordinate meetings with CSR sub-committees and relevant stakeholders to ensure alignment on community outreach objectives and activities.
• Monthly Reporting: Compile monthly reports on CSR activities, including key outcomes and community feedback.
• Community Database Management: Gather information on community demographics, needs, and interests through surveys, interviews, and field visits. Maintain an organized database for ongoing and future outreach programs.
• Grant Management: Assess grant requests from community partners, verify their alignment with company goals, and compile necessary documentation for decision-making.
• Data Analysis: Analyze collected data to identify trends, measure social impact, and suggest new outreach strategies.
• Coordinate with Stakeholders: Act as a liaison between the company and local communities, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
• Support Project Planning: Assist in planning timelines, resource allocation, and logistics for community projects.
• Handle correspondences, purchase orders, and other paperwork related to CSR activities. Coordinate with internal departments such as accounting for budgeting and payment processes (Online Payment, SAP, VPN access and Docushare).
• Assist in organizing and tracking fundraising events and partnerships, ensuring adherence to company policies and goals.
• Complete monthly CSR activity reports and social media reports as required.
Requirements
• A minimum of 3-year working experiences in CSR, sustainability, administration, PR or communication field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and other applications supporting project management.
• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
• Proficiency in English and Thai.
• Experience or interest working in community relation & engagement.
• Experience in event planning, project management, CSR, sustainability, social media marketing, or corporate communication is preferable.
