SALES OPERATIONS TEAM LEAD
About this position
The Sales Operations Team Lead is responsible for driving sales activities, managing the sales team, and ensuring customer satisfaction while implementing effective sales strategies.
Responsibilities
• Perform with all sale activities and ensure to drive sale to achieve with sale target
• Follow up procedure of Sales Record and Sales Report.
• Explore and analyze competitors' retail shops and others to develop and improve sale strategy.
• Deliver excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Manage sale team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff, not limited to new and current product training or presentation.
• Undertake shop administration duties such as managing budgets and updating financial reports.
• Ensure that all sales and marketing strategies and executions are implemented in time and properly.
• Follow up plan of monthly check stock as correctly and on time.
• Monitor annual sales strategy and quarterly targets and prepare reports, annual budgets, and submits regular sales forecast
• Manage with suppliers, purchasing, finance, and other related functions for any documents or contracts with the support of Sales & Marketing Team Lead
• Build up a professional and competent sale team as well as foster motivation and improve staff performance and establish training program and implementation
Requirements
• Bachelor or Master's Degree in Business Administration or relevant field
• Minimum 5 years of exp. in Sales for Retail Furniture or Home & Décor Business
• Experience in Retail of Luxury Furniture and Home Decoration
• Powerful leading skills and business orientation
• Analytic mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
• English language skills (reading, speaking, writing)
• Experienced in SAP, MS Excel Advance: Pivot Table, V-Lookup, Macro.
