ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT MANAGER (HROD)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Define and implement organizational development (OD) plans which are aligned with and facilitate the delivery of the Organization’s Strategic Plan.
• Design Organization Structure and involve the creation of roles, processes, and structures to ensure that the organization's goals can be realized and can be benchmarking with the best practices.
• Facilitate Business Unit/Line Functions by partnering with HRBP or HR-COE (HR-Center of Expertise) on People & OD Strategy Deployment.
• Lead the development and implementation of the leadership & management development framework, Talent Management and Succession Planning framework, Competency and Career Development Plan.
• Drive Performance Based Organization by involving in implementing of the Performance Management Concept and Tools and support effective objective setting, personal development planning.
• To design and facilitate the implementation of change management programs to support cultural & organizational change and performance improvement in line with organizational values and facilitate the development of organization capabilities.
• Lead and perform end to end Organization Diagnosis & Assessment such as Employee Engagement Survey, Corporate Culture Survey, 360 Degree Leadership Survey, etc.
Requirements
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Organization Development, Psychology or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years’ working experience in Organization Development, Talent Management or similar areas.
• Consulting experiences (internal and external) is a plus.
• Demonstrate proficiency in process improvement in analyzing and improving the existing processes for optimization.
• Ability to partner and communicate clearly and concisely with all stakeholders.
• Capable of project management in planning, organizing and managing projects to achieve goals.
• Capable of workforce management and organization design in developing workforce planning strategy and shaping an organizational structure.
• In-depth knowledge in all aspect of human resources management and development.
• Strong knowledge in Organization Development (OD), Performance Management, Individual Development Plan (IDP), Competency Model, Career-path Planning and Talent Management.
