About this position

The Landlord Representative is responsible for building and maintaining relationships with business prospects and tenants, while staying informed about market trends and property developments.

Responsibilities

• Builds business and selling prospects; maintaining relationships with them and evaluating their position in the industry, researching and analyzing any sales option that will bring them to a final decision to close sales deal.
• Establish and maintain effective relationships with potential tenants/tenants by providing support, information and service improvement to facilitate long-term business relationship.
• Up to date with the market trends, upcoming property developments

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in related field
• For Executive: At least 3 years of experience in Office Building
• Good English communication (both written and spoken)
