About this position

The Investor Relations position involves analyzing investor targets, developing communication plans, and managing relationships to enhance understanding of the company's strategic directions and investment plans.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the investor target and develop the plan and execute for proper communication and relationship management.
• Communicate sufficient and meaningful information to all stakeholders/analysts to give them proper understanding of AWC’s strategic directions and investment plan.
• Research analysis across market with competitors benchmarking/ Investors target with investment tracking and NDR meetings/ news and communication to strengthen trust and market momentum as leader of the market etc.
• Conduct regular financial updates and credit updates to investor community.
• Plan IR activities including Investor meeting, local and overseas road show, investor presentation, press release, SET release and database.
• High awareness of compliance, relevant regulations of Stock Exchange of Thailand (SET) and control with regular necessary/relevant trainings.
• Ensure that the company has appropriate disclosure on company information and financial performance.
• Conduct the MD&A report and 56-1 for SEC filing.
• Collect and analyze comparable local and international real estate players particularly on the dimensions of revenue, cost structure, EBITDA margin, investment, and funding options and capacity, and update the study to relevant stakeholders.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Finance or Business related.
• 5-8 years of experience in investor relations.
• Good communication, presentation, analytical and interpersonal skills.
• Good personality and positive attitude.
• Good command of English and Ms. Office.
