About this position

The Head of Planning & Business Management Strategy is responsible for developing and executing business plans, improving business processes, and ensuring efficient operations in alignment with company strategy.

Responsibilities

• Business Planning - Develop business plans, and work closely with management and senior leaders to establish and align target of short, medium and long-term goals.
• Business Development - Strategy formulation and execution for new business opportunities, provide business analysis and judgement on key opportunities and associated operations. To work closely with MD and team leaders. New partnership development, identify, develop, and execute plan to align with company strategy.
• Business Improvement – Lead in the analysis of business processes, work cross-functional teams to deliver key strategic projects from conceptualization to implementation, collaborating with senior leaders, inducing innovation and adoption digitalization technology relevant to businesses.
• Develop the implementation of the product inventory system, relocate inventory cost including setting policies and procedure, create standard form and manual guideline. Ensure that all forms are recorded correctly and follow with guideline.
• Monitor and ensure that outgoing products as per ordering from Sale teams and/or any related orders have been processing correctly with most efficiency.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed, Support with any related works with internal teams and external agencies and performed other tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Engineering, Accounting, Logistics or related fields.
• Experience in Planning, Inventory and Warehouse System.
• English language skills (reading, speaking, writing).
• Business computer skills in SAP, Microsoft Office, Excel (Pivot Tables, V-Lookup, Macro etc.).
• Experience in accounting, logistics, or warehouse management.
• Proven working experience as a team leader, preferrable with Planning & Logistic tasks.
• Knowledge in standard Logistics, SAP, MS Excel Advance: Pivot Table, V-Lookup, Macro.
• Ability to work independently and handle multitasking.
• Flexibility to work after working-hours and weekend if needed.
• Ability to work as teamwork.
• Can work under high-pressure, limited time and short notice.
