About this position
Responsibilities
• Create, schedule, and publish posts for Facebook, LINE, TikTok, and other platforms.
• Develop captions, artwork (AW), and content timelines for organic and paid media.
• Generate and manage tracking links (e.g., Bitly) to monitor campaign performance.
• Design and update cover photos, rich menu images, and app banners.
• Coordinate video editing using tools like Canva and CapCut for in-house promotions.
• Develop new promotional mechanics, including briefs for artwork and captions.
• Oversee revisions, approvals, and distribution of promotional materials for internal, in-store, or event use.
• Collaborate with partners and internal teams to launch and promote events or campaigns.
• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely execution of posts and advertisements.
• Optimize and monitor performance for existing and new Facebook and Google Ads campaigns.
• Create and maintain content plans for new channels, including TikTok.
• Analyze and summarize content performance through regular reports.
• Maintain a content activities log to track completed tasks and identify improvement areas.
• Work closely with internal teams, event organizers, and partners to align promotional efforts.
• Prepare artwork and captions for campaigns across multiple channels.
• Support video shooting projects.
• Identify opportunities for new content strategies and marketing channels.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related fields.
• At least 3 years’ experience at management level working with platforms development with proven track record.
• Experience in running/leading IT project related to development products & service.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and able to quickly adapt to new technology and tools.
• Ability to quickly gain and understanding new digital marketing channels and platforms.
• Good command of English (both written and speaking).
