About this position

The Building Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the building, ensuring tenant satisfaction, and improving the overall experience for visitors and tenants through effective management and communication.

Responsibilities

• Improve building’s cleaning through mobile auditing platform to improve the visitor and tenant experiences and the brand value of the property.
• Excellence in tenant management and tenant satisfaction by introducing hospitality standard of services and establishing a professional and efficient communication structure with all tenants.
• Oversee the day-to-day operation of the building and ensure all operations under control run smoothly, without any major risks to impact the business.
• Monitors and controls performance to meet the standard requirements respond to clients’ needs and ensuring that property services staff resolve problem promptly.
• Support the needed information to all teams and maintain project timeliness to ensure tasks/projects are accomplished on time and projects achieve the expected revenue results, including that of lifestyle concept in office buildings.
• Excellence in putting customer-first and develop a mindset that will be central to the organization, that let our tenants and visitors feel they are appreciated through the content of our various online channels and the level of personalization we offer.
• Follow sustainability focus activities under the directions of CST and CCM Marketing and CCM Business Strategy & Development, from conceptualization till implementations.
• Prepare and maintain the area ready for sale at all times.
• Prepare for new system of the building; Access control system with Facial Recognition and Automatic Parking System to provide services that increase convenience, Safety and modernity to customers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in administration or related field.
• Experience in commercial building at least 5 years.
• Strong management skills: Ability to plan, organize, and supervise operations effectively, including budgeting and personnel management.
• Excellent communication skills: Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders, including property owners, tenants, contractors, and government agencies.
• Problem-solving abilities: Quick thinking and effective problem-solving skills to address challenges promptly.
• Fluently in English.
• Good personality.
