Performance Marketing Lead
About this position
Responsibilities
• Design, implement, and manage end-to-end performance marketing strategies and campaigns across various digital channels (Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Xiaohongshu)
• Plan and execute paid search, social media, display advertising, and affiliate marketing campaigns
• Ensure all campaigns comply with legal requirements, platform policies, and industry standards.
• Optimize campaigns for key performance indicators, including CTR, conversion rate, CAC, and ROAS.
• Develop and manage budgets for campaigns, ensuring cost efficiency.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and other data platforms.
Requirements
• Proven experience in performance marketing and digital advertising.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.
