About this position

Aspire is the leading all-in-one finance operating system for growing businesses in APAC, on a mission to reinvent business finance for a new generation of entrepreneurs and business owners. As a Channel Partnerships Intern, you will be involved in developing and managing relationships with channel partners to drive sales and revenue.

Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard new partners that would be relevant as Aspire Channel Sales Partners
• Provide support and guidance to partners on product and solution offerings
• Manage the performance of existing partners
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with partners, and work closely with them to achieve mutual goals
• Collaborate with the sales and onboarding team to align sales and channel efforts
• Implement channel partner programs, such as training, marketing, and incentives
• Help the team to organize & plan online and offline branding events with partners in a monthly basis
• Identify and resolve conflicts and challenges with partners.

• Experience in channel management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Deep understanding of the sales process
• Passionate about entrepreneurship
• Motivated to learn the dynamics of communication and relationship building, business development, and the sales process.
