About this position

Aspire is the leading all-in-one finance operating system for growing businesses in APAC, on a mission to reinvent business finance for a new generation of entrepreneurs and business owners. As a Payment Ops Senior Analyst, you will ensure the success and accuracy of all payment flows within Aspire’s platform, managing day-to-day payment processing and supporting cross-border payments.

Responsibilities

• Payments management: Oversee daily payment processing (domestic and cross-border), ensuring transactions are executed accurately and on time.
• Payment success: Track and improve payment success rates by resolving payment issues and enhancing payment flows, identifying any system bottlenecks or errors.
• Payment systems: Optimize treasury and payment systems to streamline processes, improve automation, and ensure scalability as Aspire grows in new markets.
• Reconciliation: Ensure accurate reconciliation of payment flows and partner accounts, monitoring cash inflows and outflows to prevent discrepancies.
• Cross-team collaboration: Work closely with the product, customer support, and account management teams to address any payment-related issues and enhance the customer experience.
• Vendor and partner management: Manage relationships with payment service providers, banks, and financial institutions, ensuring they meet our service standards.
• Regulatory compliance: Ensure all payment operations comply with local and international regulatory requirements, particularly in new markets as Aspire expands.
• Operational improvement: Identify areas of improvement in treasury processes and develop strategies to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Experience in payment operations or financial services.
• Familiarity with payment processing systems and reconciliation processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements related to payment operations.
