The Spare Parts Export Sales Officer is responsible for coordinating with customers and internal teams for supply parts, managing shipments, preparing tax data, conducting sales analysis, monitoring export KPIs, and following up on customer payments.
Responsibilities
• To coordinate with customer (Honda Group & Distributor) and internal for supply parts.
• To make shipment booking & follow up shipment with shipping forwarder by follow regulation.
• To prepare data for make tax privileged.
• To make sales and profit analysis.
• To do monitoring report for own account and overall export KPI.
• To follow up payment from customer.
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, English or any related fields.
• At least 1-3 years in Export functions or relate fields.
• Good command in English both speaking and writing (TOEIC score at least 650).
• Have vehicle technical knowledge is preferable.
• Have Export regulation knowledge is preferable.
• Good command of Microsoft office tools especially Excel and PowerPoint program.
