Asian Honda Motor Co., Ltd. was established in Thailand in October 1964 as a distributor of motorcycles in 1996, The company took the role of Honda's ASEAN Regional Headquarters. Due to the Asia and Oceania region’s fast growth and diverse market and Honda focused on localizing its operations to be closer to customers the company appointed Asian Honda Motor its Asia and Oceania Regional Headquarters in 2004, with responsibility for coordinating Honda's activities in 12 countries and supporting Honda's operations in several additional countries within the region.

About this position

The SC and Environment Senior Officer will be responsible for managing the Honda Thailand Foundation's activities and environmental initiatives, including budget proposals, administrative tasks, and coordination of sustainability reporting.

Responsibilities

• Propose plan & budget to Honda Thailand Foundation committee under budget guideline.
• Operate administration jobs for instance Conduct Meeting, Execution of purchasing judged by working teams in Honda Group, prepare goods till deliver, and clear expense.
• Summary income and expense of Honda Thailand Foundation to report and discuss detail with revenue department.
• Co-operate with Honda Group members to report Annual General and Extraordinary Meeting report as well as prepare activities' budget and clear expense.
• Arrange yearly Social Contribution meeting to share activities as well as collect information among Honda companies in Asia Oceania.
• Support HM to acquire Asia Oceania Information for sustainability Report.
• Coordinate to get Asia Oceania CO2 results for HM twice a year through system.
• Consolidate and prepare annual Asia Oceania CO2 reduction result and forecast.
• Pick up all Honda environmental related news from Honda worldwide and other regions website and input into Asia Oceania website.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with English skill.
• Experience in Environment field at least 1 year.
• Excellent English skill.
