Due to the Asia and Oceania region’s fast growth and diverse market and Honda focused on localizing its operations to be closer to customers the company appointed Asian Honda Motor its Asia and Oceania Regional Headquarters in 2004, with responsibility for coordinating Honda's activities in 12 countries and supporting Honda's operations in several additional countries within the region.

About this position

The Power Product Service Officer is responsible for planning and controlling the budget of the department, collaborating with Honda Motor and distributors to enhance aftersales strategies, and evaluating operations to improve service quality.

Responsibilities

• Plan and control budget of Department.
• Collaborate with Honda Motor / Honda Distributor to promote regional aftersales strategy.
• Develop operation guideline / standard to promote regional aftersales strategy.
• Create AO monthly service KPI report.
• Evaluate and give solutions for Honda Distributor aftersales operation.
• Evaluate and conduct operational training to Honda Distributor aftersales personnel.
• Create and manage new models service preparation schedule.
• Promote market quality improvement activity & market action.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or related Engineering field.
• 2-3 years’ experience in Automotive or Motorcycle aftersales business.
• Proactive, flexible, self-motivated, customer focused and working well under pressure with teamwork environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skill with both internal and external parties at all organization level.
• Good command in English is required, TOEIC > 650.
• Able to travel both Overseas / Domestic.
