Oversea Mobility HR Officer
About this position
The Oversea Mobility HR Officer is responsible for coordinating expatriate assignments and ensuring smooth transitions for employees working abroad.
Responsibilities
• Coordinate with PIC in Asia & Oceania [AO] Honda entity company to get the required information of AO Expat for preparation on his/her assignment.
• Calculate the salary and benefit support during associate is assigned to work/training in overseas country.
• Coordinate with Travel, Apartment, Shipping agency and others to facilitate AO Expat in living conditions.
• Plan and control labor cost expense which related to expatriate matter.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in public administration, Business Administration, Economics, Political Science, Psychology or related.
• TOEIC score at least 700.
• At least 2 years working experience in HR area.
• Has good analytical, logical, and systematic thinking.
• A person who has good skill in mathematics will be an advantage.
• Able to interact, coordinate and communicate any activities with hospitality mind to all related parties.
• Willing to do a challenging job & eager to learn new things.
