Local Procurement Officer
About this position
The Local Procurement Officer is responsible for managing supplier performance, ensuring timely delivery of goods, and conducting analyses to improve procurement processes.
Responsibilities
• Follow up local suppliers' delivery performance by checking suppliers' production capacity and negotiate with supplier if needed.
• Monitor and analyze actual delivery versus delivery plan and also solve problems together with concerned sections to improve suppliers' delivery performance by conducting meeting & monthly performance report.
• Daily follow up customer back orders to get the earliest delivery date from suppliers.
• Daily follow up to get estimated delivery date from suppliers after APC placing orders.
• Supplier analysis report: monthly delivery performance & etc.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Science or Engineering or any related fields.
• 1-3 years’ experience in the related field would be advantage.
• Good command in English both speaking and writing. TOEIC score at least 650 would be advantage.
• Good command of Microsoft office tools especially MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
