The Legal Officer is responsible for providing legal support, including contract review and drafting, as well as offering legal and compliance advice. The role requires strong communication skills in both Thai and English, along with a collaborative and analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
• Contract review and drafting in English and Thai
• Providing legal and compliance advice and support to legal/compliance issues.
• Organizing and preparing documents for board meetings and shareholders meeting
• Coordinate with the external lawyer regarding paper works for litigation case et.
• Complete other tasks as may reasonably be requested.
Requirements
• 3 - 5 years of experienced in the roles of Contract review and drafting
• Good commend as verbal and writing communication skills in Thai and English (TOEIC 750)
• Strong analytical minded person, flexible, patient, loyal and willing to learn with pleasant personality and teamwork skill.
• Computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
