About this position
Responsibilities
• Manage & monitor Expat arrangement related matter, e.g., apartment, remove service, children education fee, coordinate all related parties for issue or problem solving and etc.
• Budget planning in matter related to expat welfare & general expenses.
• Application/workflow management, e.g., employee information update, workflow management, user ID/IT request and etc.
• Administration operation & management, e.g., business card, long weekend survey, etc.
• Company asset management, e.g., mobile phone, etc.
• Company recreation activity e.g., company trip, new year, etc.
• Payment process & Expenses charging related to expat welfare & general expense.
• Monitors outsource/vendor to proceed Visa, Work Permit activities.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in any related fields
• Have working experience in any related fields.
• Good command in both speak & writing English (TOEIC Score at least 700)
• Open-minded, flexible, and eager to learn new things.
• Good at planning & management skill.
