Executive Personal Assistant (JLPT2) - (1-year-contract)
About this position
Responsibilities
• Represents the Executive by welcoming visitors, reviewing correspondence; arranging company event and other corporate functions; answering questions and meeting requests directed to the Executive.
• Helps key executives make consistent decisions by advising them of historical precedents; serving as liaison between them and the Executive.
• Arranges corporate travel and meetings by developing itineraries and agendas; scheduling the corporate jet; booking other transportation; arranging lodging and meeting accommodations.
• Improves quality results by studying, evaluating, and re-designing processes; implementing changes.
Requirements
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in any field.
• 3-5 years experience of Personal Assistant or Secretary.
• Excellent command in English, TOEIC Score 700+
• Fluent in Japanese with JLPT2
• Contract year-by-year base on performance and business need
• Understanding Japanese business manner and Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
