Automobile Aftersales Strategy Planning Officer
About this position
The Automobile Aftersales Strategy Planning Officer is responsible for creating and implementing aftersales strategies in the Asia-Oceania region to enhance customer loyalty and maximize revenue.
Responsibilities
• Create an aftersales strategy for Asia-Oceania region and facilitate the project to improve customer loyalty and maximize aftersales revenue.
• Coordinate and support for local offices and distributors in Asia-Oceania region as a regional headquarter of Honda Motor Co., Ltd., which includes organizing meeting events, providing training to improve DLR service operation, standardizing activity with guideline creation, etc.
• Plan short and medium-term direction with local offices and distributors, monitor the performance against it, and report to management by monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or any related field
• Excellent command in English, both speak & writing (TOEIC 700 or above)
• Work experience in aftersales service at automotive company is a plus
• Good in analytical, interpersonal and negotiation skill
• Good skill in Microsoft Office and presentation ppt making
• Positive attitude, flexible, and open-minded
• Able to travel upcountry and overseas.
